The core keeps you steady. The satellite seeks extra return.
Core-Satellite is an investment framework that splits a portfolio into two parts. The core is built from diversified, cost-efficient mutual funds and ETFs that track broad markets. The satellite is a smaller set of focused, tactical holdings — individual stocks, sectors, themes, or structured products — that express a specific view or goal.
For most individual, non-professional investors, we believe the core should be the dominant part of the portfolio. It provides the bedrock return, controls risk, and keeps fees low. The satellite adds potential upside without letting speculation drive the entire strategy.
Broad equity and bond ETFs / mutual funds that capture global market growth at minimal cost. We typically allocate 50–60% of the portfolio here.
Targeted positions in regions, sectors, factors, or individual securities. We typically allocate 40–50% of the portfolio here.
We trim satellites that grow too large and redirect profits back into the core — keeping risk aligned with your plan.
Funds are selected with your tax residency, currency, and reporting obligations in mind — USD, EUR, and GBP share classes where appropriate.
We recommend mutual funds and ETFs.
Most individual investors do not need to pick stocks, time markets, or monitor daily headlines. What they need is broad exposure, low costs, automatic diversification, and a plan they can stick to.
One holding can spread risk across hundreds or thousands of securities.
ETFs and index funds typically charge a fraction of active fund fees.
Holdings are published daily; you always know what you own.
Traded on major exchanges or redeemable daily through the fund.
Core can be built in USD, EUR, or GBP share classes.
Removes the emotional temptation to chase winners or panic-sell.
Tailored to your life — or ready to deploy.
Every client is different. We build unique Core-Satellite portfolios around your circumstances, tax situation, currency needs, time horizon, and personal preferences — selecting the right mix of mutual funds, ETFs, and structured instruments for you.
